At YuniNook, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible!
Processing Time
We process and ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt. Processing times may vary during holidays, weekends, or due to carrier service disruptions.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and carrier chosen at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
All delivery estimates are shown during checkout. Please note that while we strive to meet these timelines, delivery can be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We use the most efficient shipping carrier for each order, chosen from (but not limited to): USPS, UPS, FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the carrier and shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Tracking information can sometimes be delayed and may not always be up to date.
Liability for Loss or Damage
While we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage in transit once the package is with the carrier, we want to ensure you’re satisfied.

Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of any damage or tampering.

We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to address the situation and help file a claim on your behalf if possible.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping on most products for $10 or less. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
