At YuniNook, we strive to provide the best experience for collectors and hobbyists. Due to the nature of our products, we have tailored our return and refund policy by product type to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.

Factory-Sealed Pokémon TCG Products

All sales of factory-sealed Pokémon cards (booster boxes, packs, and sealed products) are final. Due to the collectible nature and risk of tampering, we do not accept returns on these items except in cases of damage or if you received the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@yuninook.com within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a resolution.

Graded Card Accessories

We accept returns on all graded card accessories within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • A 5% restocking fee applies.

  • Customers are responsible for a $5 flat-rate return shipping charge.

  • The item must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing contents may incur additional deductions.

  • To initiate a return, email support@yuninook.com with your order number and reason for return.


Top Loaders & Protective Sleeves

Due to the consumable and sensitive nature of these products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong product, we’ll make it right:

  • Contact support@yuninook.com

  • We’ll cover return shipping

  • We will ensure you receive the correct product

Delivery & Damage Disclaimer

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee against damage or loss during transit. However, we value your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues, which may include partial store credit at our discretion.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation and any relevant photos
